We carried out site wide Customer care works in Cornwall for a national developer. Works included external decoration, render repairs, balcony repairs, windows and door refits, landscaping, driveways, electrical works and all other aspects of internal and external works.

Single storey extension, Newton Abbot

We have carried out works to a property in Newton Abbot. Our client asked us to produce a few different ideas for the space that they had in their garden to extend the kitchen space. The remit for the galley kitchen was to find a way to not only extend but to make the space feel larger in general. Our management team came up with two options. One that enabled the client to carry out works without the need of planning permission and one that would need the consent.

New Build Customer Care

Front lawn drainage issues

Our client had instructed us that their customer was having issues with the drainage of the lawn at the front of the property due to an elevated driveway directly above. Our technicians carried a multitude of works to rectify this and were able to rectify the issue and obtain a very high standard of finish.
